That said, we keep it clear and simple when it comes to returns and exchanges.

🔁 Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they’re unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, tumble-dried, or altered in any way.
• Customized or clearance items are final sale unless defective on arrival.

📦 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Reach out and we’ll let you know if an exchange is possible. However — we are not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered. Please check the sizing guide carefully before placing your order.

💸 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we inspect and approve the return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Didn't get your refund yet? Check with your bank or provider first — delays are sometimes on their end.

🚫 What We Can’t Cover

• Used or damaged returns — including worn, washed, or tumble-dried items — will not be accepted or refunded.
• Courier damage — once your order leaves our hands, we’re not responsible for damage that occurs in transit. If the packaging is clearly damaged, please contact the courier directly.
